본문내용 First of all, I`m not much into violent or gore movies but I stuck with this film because I like the actor, Shin Ha-kyun. I wasn`t sure what to expect from Save the Green Planet, and not familiar with the director`s style, but one thing I was unprepared for was the amount of violent scenes. Finally, it turns out the violence is for a certain purpose, it is not meaningless, and it makes me think twice at surprise.

Director, Jang Joon-hwan`s debut film, ‘Save The Green Planet‘ is about a deranged young man, who is convinced that aliens from Andromeda are trying to invade the earth. He kidnaps the head of a company who he believes is the only man who can communicate with the aliens of Andromeda.

This movie is a strange mix of traditional genre and wholly different from any other films. It could be dark comedy, thriller, sci-fi, and action, but it`s still a very memorable movie. I`ve become a big fan of Jang Joon-hwan, the director and his own style, and if you also interested in this, then this could be a must see film. For all others, this film has some outstanding performances, and two of my favorite Korean actors, Shin Ha-kyun and Baek Yoon-sik. Here is the story.
