The overall shape symbolizes the brilliant traditions and the hopeful futures of Seocheon county. The basic figure means the harmonized flow of the strong and dynamic curves which combine the Hangul consonants ‘ㅅ, ㅊ` and ‘ㅓ, ㄴ.’
The blue, green, and red color represents the west sea, Geumgang, and the sun. They express the clean, natural environment and the bright future of Seocheon county.

Seocheon County`s Flower(camellia flowers)

The black pine tree is always straightforward. It means a man of spirit that forges steadily onwards against any difficulties with manly courage and a strong faith.
